Overview

El School Online is an extension of a well-established private offline school in Novosibirsk, created to bring high-quality education to a digital environment. The goal was to design and launch a comprehensive online learning platform (LMS) to support personalized learning paths, effective teacher-student interaction, and consistent academic standards.

Key Features

  • Structured Learning Design: The platform’s curriculum was built using Bloom’s Taxonomy to ensure progressive skill development.

  • Lesson Builder for Teachers: A system of templates and forms helped teachers create lessons aligned with learning objectives and three levels of skill achievement.

  • Personalized Student Dashboard: Students could set individual learning goals, track progress, and build their own weekly study schedules.

  • Integrated Communication Tools: Tutors and teachers could provide feedback and support students through built-in messaging and notifications.

My Role

As Head of Product, I led the development of El School Online, overseeing both the creation of the platform and the design of the educational system. I applied Bloom’s Taxonomy to structure lessons and ensure a progression of skills. I managed the recruitment and onboarding of teachers, as well as coordinated the integration of key features that supported personalized learning and streamlined teaching processes. My role was key in aligning the platform’s design with both educational standards and user needs.
