Overview

At Skysmart, I served as the Academic Director for the Kids Programming Department, which included seven courses covering various programming languages — from Scratch to Python.

  • 1-on-1 education: Designed the 1-on-1 learning model for programming lessons
  • “Parallel lessons” format: Developed the “parallel lessons” format, enabling teachers to work with several students individually at once

My Role

As Academic Director, I was responsible for educational metrics across the products, building a comprehensive methodological system for teaching children of different ages, ensuring teaching quality, and developing the instructional format.
