- Reference research: Studied reference games from the gaming industry
- Grayboxing: Designed player flow and basic UX/UI structure for the game
- Level design: Created detailed technical documentation including game logic and motivational systems
- Focus groups: Conducted testing sessions with the target audience
Impact
- Released a new product within the Uchi.ru ecosystem
- Enabled rapid hypothesis testing — the project was completed in under two months
- After MVP refinement, the game became the second most popular product on the platform
My Role
I worked as a Project Product Manager, hired specifically to test the game hypothesis. My main responsibility was to lead a small cross-functional team and validate the concept quickly. The core gameplay loop remained unchanged after my stage of work; the Uchi.ru team later refined the design, motivational mechanics, and onboarding experience.
