Overview
Zerocoder University provides education for adults in AI tools and no-code development. It’s a school with over six years of experience and more than 5,000 graduates. I worked with the team for more than two years — first as a project-based contributor, and later as the Academic Director.

- Curriculum design: Created instructional frameworks and learning experience design (LXD) templates
- Release planning: Built Gantt charts for each learning track and managed delivery timelines
- Lesson production: Prepared and published course materials using Notion
- Metrics and progress tracking: Developed systems to monitor NPS, COR, and CSAT scores

- Released five full training programs, including a one-year intensive course
- Trained 150+ students per cohort
- Launched three new programs every six months
- Conducted product and course hypothesis testing to guide new launches
My Role
As Academic Director, I was responsible for aligning the methodological framework of courses with marketing and sales strategies. I led both the content production team and the instructional design team, overseeing course development, publishing, and educational quality.
